- If you have a voucher, book online normally.
- You pay after your massage. We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Google Pay, Apple Pay, cash, EFT & tap-to-pay.
Post-Booking

After you book your in‑studio massage, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with a Google Calendar invite.

24 hours before your session, we’ll send a reminder email that includes a link to your client intake form.

If you’re a new client, please submit the intake form before your appointment — it helps us prepare properly and ensures you get the full benefit of your massage time.

If you prefer to complete the form earlier, you can access it at any time here.

Cancellations:

if you give less than 24 hours’ notice and the slot cannot be rebooked, a fee of 40% of the full service rate applies.

No‑shows without prior notice are charged the full rate of the missed appointment.
