4. Notifications And Online Client Info Form

• After you book, we send a confirmation email immediately.
• That email includes a secure link to your online Client Info form.
• Please complete and submit the form before your massage.
• This saves time and ensures we don’t use your massage slot to fill in paperwork.
• The form comes directly to Jordan Lloyd Sim Sports Massage Therapy.
  We protect all information and never share it with third parties.
• We send a reminder the day before your appointment. This email also contains a secure link to your online Client Info form. Please complete it and submit it.
• If you arrive without completing your Client Info form, we’ll use part of your massage time to fill it out together. 

5. Pricing

• In-Studio: We list prices for in-studio massages clearly on the home page and the booking page.
• Mobile: We price mobile massage services separately and add travel fees based on the distance from our studio (Cape Town CBD). We confirm travel fees either before or after the booking process.
• Payments: You pay for all massage services upon completion of the session. Prices listed on the site may change, but we will inform you of any changes before the session.

6. Package Validity

• 5‑Session Packs are valid for 3 months from date of purchase.

• 10‑Session Packs are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.

• Packages are non‑transferable and non‑refundable.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellation: We require that customers notify us at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment to cancel. Failure to do so will result in a 40% cancellation fee of the total service cost.

• Late Arrivals:  Should you arrive late for your appointment but within the appointed time slot, you will only be treated for the remainder of the time but will still be liable for the full cost. Clients will also be liable for the full cost of the service should the appointment be missed entirely and without prior notification.

• No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full service fee. Future bookings after a no-show or late cancellation must be paid in advance using a payment link we send upon receiving your booking.

8. Health and Safety

By booking a service, you confirm:

• You are in good health and are not under any medical conditions that would make massage therapy unsuitable.

• You have informed us of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies that could affect your treatment.

• You will follow any health or safety instructions given by our massage therapists during your session.

9. Liability

• In-Studio Services: We are not liable for any personal injuries or damages sustained within our studio that occur due to actions outside our control.

• Mobile Services: For mobile services, we are not liable for any damages or loss of personal property while traveling to or from the location of the service.

• Client Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring a safe and appropriate environment for the mobile massage service.
